Is this real gold?
All our products are Pure Real 18K, 21K or 22K Gold, we do not sell gold plated items at our shops.
Is there VAT?
There is a 5% VAT in the United Arab Emirates. All our prices include VAT, so you pay exactly as mentioned on the product pages.
How much does shipping cost?
We provide Free Shipping, which is applied at the time of checkout automatically when placing an order.
When will my order be delivered?
For delivery within UAE, we require 2-3 business days to reach you. Customized items can take up to 4-5 working days.
Do you ship internationally?
No, Unfortunately we are currently only providing local shipping to the UAE>
